By popular demand, the BellyMap has been modified to use both the old hostip.info and MaxMind databases and now includes the city when available. The way it works is that we first consult hostip.info for the location, if found it's plotted. If not, we consult MaxMind and plot that. This should improve the accuracy quite a bit. We cache the location results for 1 week, so as not to put too much load on the hostip.info database server, so if you update your location at the hostip.info web site, don't expect to see an immediate change.

The BellyMap is for entertainment purposes only and will probably pick some random spot in your city/town if it finds you at all. It will not locate your house!
